Growing up in a family partly originated in the DDR I always have to think of the soviet imagery I encountered as a kid and associated with this place and its bygone, yet still omnipresent culture - listening to TBBB. This work is proof of his will and unrest to achieve a unique experimental experience unheard before.

A incredibly wide-ranging compilation of tracks, spanning sparse, dissonant, bell-like synth tracks, to soulful ambient swells, to deeply textured nightmare environments. It's definitely worth listening to each piece in isolation since they were, as far as I can tell, written as separate projects. One can then survey the overall evolution of the artist across six years afterward.
